Describe in detail the evaluation criteria and all relevant weightings;

Detailed information on government policies and international standards relevant to the assessment criteria.
Document the process for evaluating supplier bids by providing a transparent process for evaluation, decision-making, and selection;
Completed before the market participation process is completed;
Have a scale reflecting the complexity of the procurement;
Lead the development of the evaluation report; and
Provide a methodology for recording decisions made during the assessment process.

Recruitment is the last step in the recruitment process. It forms the basis for working with the suppliers who can best meet the procurement requirements.

The selection phase also includes the internal approval steps related to the execution of the process and the financial commitment before reaching a formal agreement between the parties and starting the procurement process’s contract management phase.

When completing this phase of the procurement process, consider the following:

Delivery of agreements to the contract manager/contract management team;
clarify all contractual issues;
ensure that suppliers understand and comply with the agreed contractual conditions;
Plan all requirements for transition to / transition;
Method and schedule for notifying successful and unsuccessful providers;
Arrange for the management and conduct of information meetings with suppliers;
Ensure that records of the procurement process are kept following the management of public records.
